Children's Yoga and Movement is a unique approach to teaching children asanas, breathing and relaxation through a series of yoga movements while still letting the child be a child. Yoga movements will be taught in a variety of ways including asana games, working in teams and through animal/nature poses.
Yoga for children is a natural way to exercise, relax, focus, develop better body awareness, self-control, and strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection.
Studies show that yoga is an effective self-help therapy for ADD/ADHD, Autism, and general health and well-being for all children.
